Gourmet China: Authentic Chinese Cuisine in Las Vegas

The 4.5 star Yelp rating is well deserved. It's not the kind of place you would go to have a nice sit-down meal, but it is a great take-out restaurant. You have a huge variety of choices on the menu and this is not your typical 'panda express' Chinese fast food, but a number of menu items are authentic dishes that I would not have expected to see. The portions were generous and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the next couple days. Being a vegetarian, the number of choices for vegetarian/vegans was quite good. Everything was priced reasonably and delicious. We got the fried noodles, chicken and vegetables, salt and pepper tofu and noodle soup. All were really good. As was mentioned in other reviews, the staff, especially the lady at the front, was very pleasant. Would come back on a future visit to Las Vegas.

My food was ready for pickup exactly on time, neither early nor late. Friendly welcome. Got the food home any it was delicious... we ordered much more than we could eat at dinner, but the leftovers were excellent the next morning (yes, breakfast). We'll be back!

I read another review claiming 5 stars for the Sichuan Hot Garlic Chicken so I ordered it last night. It was really good! Chicken tasted fresh - every bite was pretty juicy. Great sauce. The order plus a small steamed rice came out to a very reasonable price. I'll order the orange chicken next time.

Really tasty Chinese food! I'm Taiwanese but every once in a while I crave westernized Chinese food. But don't be fooled, this place also has some authentic stuff. The owner is a super nice Taiwanese lady. Their stuff is fresh, and they don't use MSG. We came on Christmas Day for lunch and everything was delish. We got the salt and pepper tofu, kung pao chicken, and chow mein. They were also able to customize everything to our liking. Prices are super reasonable as well. We'll definitely be back to try more of their stuff.

Located next to 7-eleven, small shop but the Best Chinese food in Centennial. It's not a sit down Resturant. Place your order, they cook it up super quickly. All food is great!! Best deal for your buck is the Family Dinner Options.

After a hike at Mt Charleston, we dropped by this place for lunch. We ordered Eggplant Chicken, String Bean Chicken and 2 types of pao. First of all, this place is really clean. Service is excellently! It is an open kitchen, but you won't see any smoke or food around the fire. The chicken was juicy and tender. It is a to go place, but the food is cooked like a regular restaurant. I will definitely come back again whenever I return from a Mt. Charleston hike..
